We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where our pharmacist determines it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Providing false or misleading information during the consultation process may result in your account being suspended and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescription medicines are dispensed only after review and approval by one of our qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacists. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the indicated treatment period and cannot be transferred to a third party. We retain clinical records in accordance with our legal obligations. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before placing a repeat order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been generated and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and the legal requirements governing their return and disposal. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly dispensed products.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
